The increasing number of visits to QAF Lab VR Museum is achieving its primary goal, which is to attract the attention of all Iraqis, youth and elderly, as well as tourists, toward the value of Iraq’s heritage, specifically Mosul’s heritage, and the importance of preserving it. ALIPH Executive Director, Mr. Valery Freland, UNESCO Executive Advisor, Mr. Mounir Bouchenaki, in addition to several members from the World Monuments Fund visited QAF Lab’s Virtual Museum inside Mosul Heritage House.
Such visits highlight QAF Lab’s efforts in deploying state-of-the-art technologies for documenting and preserving heritage for future generations.
