An effective project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the project.
QAF Lab employees took a two-day workshop on project management given by Data Quest to improve their skills. Furthermore, they learned project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and team communication in addition to the fundamental concepts and principles of managing projects effectively. Using the p3.express system, they learned how to create a project plan outlining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timeline. As a result, they gained a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
