QAF Lab continually strives to promote the use of technology and assist clients in automating processes to keep up with the latest advancements. On this front, QAF Lab created and developed the “Ticketin System”, a state-of-the-art event crowd management system. This system enables audiences to pre-book tickets for all events, ensuring orderly attendance and well-arranged seating while mitigating overcrowding. It has proven successful on numerous occasions, including Watar Orchestra’s most recent performance which was held on October 26th, 2023, and attended by 800 people, the Ticketin System greatly contributed to easier and smoother event management and logistics.
