VR Team Participation in the Artificial Intelligence National Forum

On Monday, December 12th, 2022, QAF Lab’s Virtual Reality team participated in the Artificial Intelligence National Forum which was held in Baghdad. They talked about the impact QAF Lab is doing in deploying various virtual reality tools to revive Mosul’s monuments especially the ones that have been completely destroyed.


The VR team spoke about how the Virtual Reality Museum greatly contributed to preserving heritage and making it available for all people.

They added that virtual reality technologies can be used in education especially in history lessons to help students benefit from visiting these sites virtually and learning more about the city’s heritage so that it will not be forgotten across generations.
