1. Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist With Hardware and Software Knowledge
2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
3. Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
4. Mikrotik and Ubiquiti Devices Configuration
5. CCTV Cameras configuration
6. IoT devices knowledge
7. Storage server management and users accounts and permissions management

1. UNIX Terminal / Windows CMD Familiar
2. Experience with Git
