Alghad Academy is the training arm and development initiative of Radio Alghad, and it is considered the first campaign aimed at empowering Iraqi youth in the fields of digital content creation and social media platform management.
The academy was established based on a clear vision to bridge the significant gap between raw young talent and the rapidly evolving demands of the job market.
